Recipe for healthy breakfast shake Here is a recipe for an incredibly healthy breakfast shake you can use to replace an entire meal. You will need the ingredients listed below.


4-5 strawberries

1/2 cup 12-15 blueberries

1/2 cup kale

1/2 cup spinach

1/2 cup of banana

3-4 rasberries

4-5 blackberries

1 1/3 cups of unsweetened almond milk

4 tablespoons of natural peanut butter

1 scoop of vanilla based whey protein

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

2 tablespoons of flax seeds

4 tablespoons of oats

Total macros for shake: 50.9 grams of fat

86.7 grams of carbs

44.6 grams of protein

25.2 grams of fiber

28.7 grams of sugar


I recommend blending the oats beforehand and adding the blended seeds and oats in the other ingredients rather than unblended as the shake can become very grainy. Also add a cup of broken ice in the shake for cooling with an added bonus of keeping shake in the fridge for a minute. Some ingredients don't have to be exact for example the peanut butter can be whatever amount of tablespoons you want it can be smaller to fit your fat or protein macros.
